Miedaigaku is a collaborative brand produced by Kankobai Shuzo, a brewery with approximately 150 years of history in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, developed in partnership with Mie University students and alumni. The brand uses locally sourced Mie Prefecture rice and ingredients, reflecting the brewery's commitment to expressing the agricultural identity of its home prefecture through a range of junmai and daiginjo styles.
