🍶
Description
Yachihoko takes its name from an epithet of Okuninushi no Mikoto, the ancient deity of nation-building enshrined at nearby shrines in Shimane. Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu, Shiga, honors this mythological heritage through a sake that channels the power and gravitas of Japan's most ancient traditions.
