Tamajiman Junmai Namagenshu Arabashiri is the first-run undiluted, unpasteurized junmai from Ishikawa Shuzo, capturing the initial, most vigorous flow from the press before settling. Arabashiri (wild run) sake is lively, slightly rough-edged, and intensely flavored, reflecting the energetic character of the first pressing. As a namagenshu, it is bottled immediately at full strength without pasteurization, preserving its bold, vibrant freshness.
