增田酒造店創立於1893年(明治26年),品牌名「滿壽泉」取自「滿」字與酒名「泉」,寓意湧泉不竭。酒藏所在的岩瀨地區曾是活躍於日本海的北前船的港町,如今在保留歷史風貌的建築中,開設了新式酒鋪、法式餐廳、玻璃工坊與陶藝工房。以神秘的富山灣滋養的魚類為靈感,在嚴冬中釀造的酒,與食材相互映襯,追求「以水與米究竟能做出多少」這一永恆命題。
