This junmai genshu from Kuramitsu Shuzo is bottled undiluted at full moromi strength, a style that foregrounds the concentrated rice character and weight in the palate. The brewery operates as the only sake producer in Oita City, drawing on Ono River subterranean water and a tradition of small-batch craftsmanship dating to 1864.
