Kuramitsu's Josen honjozo is a foundational expression from this historic Oita City brewery, established in 1864 and currently the sole sake producer in the city. Brewed with Ono River subterranean water, it reflects the brewery's commitment to clean, well-balanced craftsmanship across its full range.
