This seasonal first-press honjozo from Hamashima Shuzo arrives each winter as an unfiltered, undiluted namazake drawn straight from the press in the arabashiri style. Brewed in the dry karakuchi profile, it showcases the robust, unrefined energy of hatsushibori before any blending or adjustment. The brewery's fully hand-crafted method in Bungo-Ono, Oita, gives even this introductory release a depth of character tied to locally farmed rice.
