Tokubetsu honjozo namagenshu made from Gohyakumangoku rice at 60% polishing, bottled undiluted as a genshu with no water addition and unpasteurized. The higher natural alcohol and raw character give it extra richness alongside the crisp Gohyakumangoku profile. 100% Tochigi-grown rice is used in keeping with the brewery's regional sourcing policy.
