Description

原料米為了發揮位於米中心的優質澱粉質「心白」,以高精米(精米步合40%)釀造。在美麗的口感中,蘊含著通過熟成作業獲得的豐富、柔和而溫醇的米鮮味。推薦以冷酒或溫燗飲用。冰鎮亦可,溫熱亦可。兩者皆有難度,冷酒建議8度左右,燗酒建議燗溫(43度左右)。
