Ondonoseto Ginjoshiboritatekurakiji from KK Fujioka Shuzouten in Hiroshima is a freshly pressed, unaged ginjo sake named after the Ondo no Seto strait in Hiroshima Bay. Shiboritatekurakiji refers to sake drawn directly from the press at the brewery, capturing the raw vibrancy and lively carbonation of newly fermented ginjo before any aging or filtration.
