Description
Sakanishiki rice, grown in the Okuizumo region of Shimane, forms the foundation of this junmai, which is brewed with spring water drawn from Mt. Gyokuho. Okuizumo Shuzo's estate-style production, from field through fermentation, gives the sake its regionally anchored, food-forward character.
