日本酒應援團 × 佐馬酒造。徹底堅持全量釀造的「純米·非限定法定酒」。生酒特有的新鮮感,以及鮮味與香氣的絕妙平衡,即便是初學者,只要嚐上一口必定會深深著迷。1.「純米」:未使用釀造酒精。原材料為米、米麴、水。由於未以釀造酒精調整度數和口味,原料本身的優質特性得以充分發揮,成就了沒有酒精刺激氣味、易於入口的風味。2.「無過濾」:未使用濾網。通常日本酒會用活性碳過濾,但為了讓您充分享受米和水的原味,本品不進行過濾。3.「生」:未進行加熱殺菌。許多日本酒在製造過程中會進行兩次以上的加熱殺菌,但這會改變酒的風味。「生」的狀態下不進行加熱,因此可以品嚐到最新鮮的日本酒。4. 因為是「原酒」,不用水調整口味。日本酒在加工最後通常會加水來調整口味和酒精度,而本品不加水,直接以「原酒」狀態裝瓶,因此最大限度地引出了米的原始風味,讓您享受「醇厚」的回味與餘韻。
