以白麴和甘甜酸味為特徵的MK系列。MK-Y是Mansakuko Boprojecty的縮寫,是一款挑戰與萬作之花截然不同風味的酒。使用燒酒專用白麴,並培育從酒藏採集的酵母釀造而成。米採用本酒藏獨創原料「日之丸」。透明清爽的酸味背後蘊藏著複雜的鮮味。尤其冷飲時風味更佳。部分使用白麴,檸檬酸與複雜酸味交融,口感絕妙。
