Description

白麴帶來的清爽酸味與米的溫柔甜味。使用山形縣產食用米「つや姫」與三軒茶屋的井水釀造而成的濁酒。精心釀造,充分發揮了創業精神與酒藏自然恩惠。此外,不使用任何無須標注的添加劑,採用「無添加」工藝。使用日本國菌之一的白麴(A.Kawachii),實現了冷飲時也美味的甜酸風味。以口感豐厚的米保留米的香氣,隱約感受到淡淡的甜味,恰到好處的酸味令人心曠神怡。
