Kumpai Tokubetsu Junmai Homarefuji is a special pure rice sake from Kumpai Shuzo in Shizuoka, brewed using Homarefuji, a sake rice variety developed in Shizuoka prefecture. Homarefuji was bred specifically for the Shizuoka brewing environment and produces sake with a soft, approachable flavor profile suited to the region's culinary traditions.
