Kumpai Junmai Ginjo is a pure rice ginjo from Kumpai Shuzo in Shizuoka, brewed without added alcohol and with rice polished to at least 60%. Shizuoka's soft, low-mineral water contributes to the clean and gently fruity profile typical of the region's ginjo style.
