Description

Polished to 65%, this honjozo from Kyoto's Rakuchu district is brewed with the Kinmeisui and Ginmeisui spring water used by the tea master Sen no Rikyu. The sake described by novelist Kawabata Yasunari as 'the taste of Kyoto' presents a clean, straightforward character suited to traditional Japanese cuisine.
