Description

This genshu (undiluted) sake from Udezumo Shuzo in Yamanashi carries the Koshukyokakuhaku label, a series named after local folk heroes of the Edo period. Udezumo Shuzo was founded in 1924 in Misaka, Yamanashi, by a founder renowned for his arm-wrestling prowess.

據說昔日此地的相撲與腕力摔跤皆享有盛名，酒莊以此為靈感，以釀造力量強勁的清酒為志，命名為「腕相撲」。近年來推出了大吟釀「三輪之皇」以及源自鎮內三輪神社的古酒「巨人系列」等品牌。
