Description

Josen-grade sake from Udezumo Brewery in Yamanashi's Fuefuki area, a label named after a founding owner celebrated for legendary strength. The brewery closed in 2020; this bottle represents the traditional everyday-drinking sake style the brand built over its operating years in the Kofu Basin.

據說昔日此地的相撲與腕力摔跤皆享有盛名，酒莊以此為靈感，以釀造力量強勁的清酒為志，命名為「腕相撲」。近年來推出了大吟釀「三輪之皇」以及源自鎮內三輪神社的古酒「巨人系列」等品牌。
