純米 無濾過原酒生 『美波太平洋』

🍶
Description

Junmai Murokagenshu Nama Minamitaiheiyo from Kisuki Shuzo in Shimane is bottled without filtration, without dilution, and without pasteurization, preserving every aspect of the sake in its most natural, unmediated state. The muroka designation indicates no activated charcoal filtration, retaining the natural color and full aromatic complexity that standard filtration would reduce. Shimane's soft water from the Hii River watershed and the junmai method together produce a sake of considerable natural weight and umami depth, amplified by the genshu undiluted concentration and the raw freshness of namazake bottling.
