The junmai ginjo Mantensei Jukusei Genshu is an undiluted, extended-aging version of Suwa Shuzo's flagship, using Yamada Nishiki and Tama Sakae at 50% polishing and rested beyond the standard two-year period. It retains the soft, gentle water character of Mantensei while developing a firmer acidity, deeper rice umami, pronounced body at 18% alcohol, and a longer finish compared to the base expression.
