Brewed at Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, using Yamada Nishiki from Tanaka Farm polished to 70%. The sake has an acidity-driven, dry character with a smooth mouthfeel and faint bitterness when chilled, gaining deeper umami and a crisper finish when warmed.
