使用福井縣產限定酒造好適米全量釀製的純米大吟釀。從29BY釀造起使用,產品化。特點是柔和的吟釀香、上品的味道與溫和的入口感。「越之雫」……2003年完成品種登記的福井縣產限定酒造好適米。以兵庫北錦為父、美山錦為母交配而成。與同為奧越產的「五百萬石」相比,含有蛋白質,精白度高,適合釀製吟釀酒。
