1862年創業的高橋酒造,應用伊勢神宮奉納制法的古式二段仕込釀製的純米酒。使用鈴鹿山系的伏流水,以柑橘系的清爽香氣與乳酸系的複雜香氣、微發泡的輕盈口感為特徵,是酒精度12度的餐前酒。
