Hyakurakumon Doburoku Namagenshu is a raw, unrefined cloudy sake from Katsuragi Shuzo in Nara, drawing on one of Japan's oldest brewing traditions predating modern filtration techniques. The namagenshu bottling preserves the full, unpasteurized strength and rustic richness of the doburoku style. Thick and fermented-grain-forward, this sake connects drinkers to the ancient roots of Japanese brewing culture.
