Houmei Junmai Ginjo is Houmeishuzou's core expression in the junmai ginjo category, brewed in Hyogo's Tanba-Sasayama region using rice milled to at least 60 percent and no added alcohol, combining the fragrant character of ginjo fermentation with the fuller body and natural umami of the junmai method. Tanba-Sasayama's mineral-low water and cool mountain climate support the long, slow fermentation that develops this style's characteristic fruit and flower aromatics. It represents the brewery's everyday premium expression, balancing elegance with accessibility.
