Uses Hakkon Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture. By changing the timing and storage temperature of the fire that is different from the usual, we were able to give a beautiful but deep round taste. The gentle citrus scent of low -temperature aging, soft taste and well -balanced finished. It goes well with any dish, but especially white fish are the ultimate food sake that goes well with any cooking method.
