Honjozo Karakuchi Nobushi (野武士), meaning field warrior, is a dry honjozo from Masakimasamitsu Shuzojo in Ehime, Shikoku. The bold name evokes the direct, unvarnished character of this sake, a clean, dry honjozo suited to straightforward drinking with food in the Shikoku tradition.
