Description
Hiyaoroshi Momiji is an autumn hiyaoroshi release from Ozawa Shuzo (Juuku) in Shinshu-Shinmachi, Nagano, rested through summer before being shipped without a second pasteurization. The label carries the brewery's signature illustrative artwork, and summer aging rounds and integrates the sake's acidity and umami.
