🍶
Description

Hayaseura Daiginjo Shizukushu is a drip-pressed sake from Miyakehikoemonshuzo in Mihama, Fukui, where only the finest liquid allowed to naturally drip from cloth-suspended mash bags is collected. This gentle funa-shibori technique preserves the most delicate aromas and flavors, yielding an extraordinarily pure daiginjo from one of Fukui's oldest breweries.

It is said to be "liquor" and attracts the dry sake. I am working hard to make a refreshing sake brewing that does not get tired of drinking. The brewery that I want those who really love sake to love.
