Hatomasamune Junmai Ginjo Hanaomoi Love and Peace from Kato Yoshiaki Honke in Aomori uses Hanaomoi rice, the locally developed Aomori sake rice variety, polished to 50%. The Love and Peace branding suggests a special commemorative release, with the native Hanaomoi rice delivering the soft, round character typical of Aomori ginjo fermentation.
