Hachitsuru Shiroma Junmai Ginjokasuminigorinamagenshu

🍶
Description

Hachitsuru Shiroma Junmai Ginjo Kasuminigori Namagenshu is an undiluted, unpasteurized, and unfiltered Junmai Ginjo with a soft cloudy appearance from the 1786-founded Hachitsuru Factory. The Shiroma ('white dance') name references the misty, ethereal quality of kasumi-style nigori sake, where fine rice particles remain suspended in the liquid. At genshu (undiluted) strength, it delivers an intensified expression of rice sweetness and fresh ginjo fragrance rooted in Aomori terroir.
