Description
Ogatakoan is a ginjo-grade sake from Ogata Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture. Ehime's sake-brewing tradition is known for using the soft underground water of the Ishizuchi mountain range, producing gentle, smooth-textured sake often described as 'Iyo no onnazake' (women's sake of Iyo).
