Ginjo Goshikihime uses Matsuyama Mii polished to 50% from Tokumoto Shuzo in Ehime. Matsuyama Mii is Ehime's indigenous sake rice, and ginjo made from it is known for a mellow, gentle character reflecting the abundant soft groundwater of the region. This Ehime ginjo expresses the prefecture's traditional feminine sake style, called Iyo no onnashu.
Light and fragrant with delicate floral and fruit aromas.
