Ginban Tokujo is a superior-grade tokubetsu honjozo from Ginban Shuzo in eastern Toyama, representing the upper tier of the brewery's standard lineup. Tateyama Mountain snowmelt water and the tokubetsu (special) designation's additional rice polishing produce a clean, slightly elevated honjozo above the brewery's everyday baseline quality.
