宮城縣
酒藏位於宮城縣大崎市,這裡是笹錦與一目惚等優質酒米的發祥地,擁有豐沛的地下湧泉。一ノ蔵於1973年由宮城縣四家歷史悠久的酒藏合併而成,名稱寓有「四家合為一藏,目標成為日本第一」之意。1977年推出當時引發課稅制度爭議的「無鑑査」系列,1988年開發低酒精清酒「姬善」,1998年再度開創「鈴の」等全新風格,至今仍堅守以「手工」釀造高品質日本酒的創業精神,並積極推動農業振興與環保,致力於實現「一ノ蔵式第六次產業」的願景。
