Description

Arabashiri, the freely-flowing first-run liquid, is hand-drawn (tezumi) directly from the pressing tank and bottled raw as this Junmai Ginjo from Kochi's oldest brewery, founded in 1781. The Dokure label signals a wild, unrestrained character within the Kure lineup, fermented with Kochi yeast and drawn from Shimanto River source water.
