Description
This 2007 vintage umeshu combines Fukui Prefecture Benisashi plums and rock sugar with aged sake from the same year. The koshu base, matured at ambient temperature through the seasonal cycles of the earthen-walled Gifu storehouse, provides a rich, non-sticky sweetness that melds with the plum's natural tartness.
