Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 50% forms this rare Showa 51 (1976) vintage ginjo from Darumamasamune in Gifu. Aged for fifty years, the ginjo character has mellowed into something at once delicate and powerful, with a creamy texture that the brewery contrasts with the richer palate of its pure rice aged expressions.
