Description

Tokubetsu Honjozo pressed directly from the tank without filtration and bottled as a raw, undiluted genshu, using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. Brewed in the heavy-snowfall region of Tsunan, Niigata, where snowmelt from the Naeba mountain range provides an exceptionally soft brewing water.
