酒藏創始人曾在加賀藩關所擔任武士，於寬永三年（1626年）前後建藏，迄今約400年。林酒造位於被稱為北阿爾卑斯起點的親不知西入口，酒藏背靠北阿爾卑斯山，面朝日本海，擁有優質水源，地理環境得天獨厚。酒藏以「讓每一位客人都能更美味地享用好酒」為志，持續精進釀造技藝。

The founder, who had served as a samurai at the Sakai checkpoint (the largest in the Kaga Domain) during the Edo period, began brewing sake alongside his duties in the 3rd year of Kanei (1626), marking the origin of Hayashi Shuzojo.
2011
Hideki Hayashi became the youngest toji (master brewer) in Toyama Prefecture, going on to explore new possibilities for the brewery's sake.
2013
The brewery launched its new premium brand "Hayashi," crafted entirely from junmai-series sake using carefully selected rice from across Japan.
