Enanohomare is produced by Iwamura Jozo, a brewery established in 1787 in Iwamura-cho, Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, nestled in the historic mountain town below Iwamura Castle, one of Japan's three famous mountain castles. The brewery's brands celebrate the region's castle heritage, and Enanohomare offers a light, approachable expression that can be enjoyed across a range of temperatures from chilled to gently warmed. Alongside Enanohomare, the brewery produces the celebrated Onna joshu brand, created to mark the castle's 800th anniversary.
