Um daiginjo shizuku-shu Gyokuryu feito com Yamada Nishiki polido a 50%, coletado por gotejamento em saco sem pressão e envelhecido em tobin (jarras de cerâmica de 18 litros) em temperaturas negativas antes do lançamento anual. O método resulta em uma sensação na boca excepcionalmente suave, com umami elegante e persistente.
