Daiginjo elaborado com Yamada Nishiki, proveniente da Shukuhou Shuzo na Prefeitura de Wakayama, kura que conquistou o Prêmio Ouro no Concurso Nacional de Sake Novo em 1993, 1994 e 1998. O Kishukai utiliza a água subterrânea suave do sistema fluvial do Rio Kinokawa.

A origem do nome 'celebracao' remonta a era Meiji, quando o Japao venceu a Guerra Sino-Japonesa e passou a ser visto com admiracao pelos demais paises. Em comemoracoa a vitoria, o nome do sake foi batizado como 'celebracao'. A cervejaria recebeu premios na Avaliacao Nacional de Sake nos anos 5, 6 e 200 da era Heisei.
