Poco a Poco, em italiano 'pouco a pouco', é um junmai daiginjo polido a 45% com arroz Hitogokochi e levedura M310, uma cepa conhecida por gerar abundantes aromáticos ginjo. O aroma apresenta caráter de moscatel fresco e melão, com notas de frutas tropicais doces e cítricas que se desdobram suavemente no paladar.
