Junmai daiginjo da linha GINTAGE, produzido com 100% de arroz Yamada Nishiki polido a 45%. Elaborado na Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura em Nagai, Yamagata, onde todo o fermentado é processado em pequenos lotes de 600 a 700 kg e engarrafado individualmente por prensagem. Um estilo nama genshu prensado por gotejamento, carrega o refinado caráter ginjo do Yamada Nishiki junto a uma profunda riqueza de arroz.
