É uma pequena kura localizada em Funakoshi-cho, a leste de Aki-ku, em Hiroshima City. A água subterrânea que flui da montanha rochosa chamada Iwatakiyama, bombeada a 60 metros de profundidade, é utilizada na produção. O sake é elaborado principalmente com arroz da Prefeitura de Hiroshima, com dedicação artesanal.
