Hakutaka Daiginjo é a expressão premium flagship da Hakutaka em Nishinomiya, Nada, Hyogo, onde a cervejaria produz com o arroz Yamadanishiki de Yokawa e a água Miyamizu desde sua fundação em 1862. A Hakutaka é a única fornecedora designada de Goryoshu para o Ise Jingu do Japão, honra mantida continuamente desde 1924, refletindo consistência excepcional de qualidade.
