Tyoutokusenhakutaka é o junmai ginjo de maior prestígio da linha principal da Hakutaka, com a designação choutokusen indicando a seleção superior da kura. Fundada em 1862 em Nishinomiya, a Hakutaka é a única fornecedora oficial de Goryoshu para o Ise Jingu desde 1924, utilizando iniciadores de fermento kimoto-zukuri e Yamadanishiki de Yokawa em seus níveis premium. Este junmai ginjo reúne toda a profundidade dessa tradição com o elegante perfil aromático característico da fermentação ginjo.
