Description

Named for the year Omachi rice was discovered, this junmai is brewed using the bodaimoto method with Okayama's heirloom Omachi rice, known for its earthy, rustic, deep flavor profile. Charcoal filtration and balancing with water give it an approachable, mellow character that is rich and only subtly lactic, with moderate acidity. It shows ripe, rounded notes of green banana, guava, brown sugar and steamed rice, finishing long with a mellow, spicy sweetness.

TSUJI CO., LTD.

Okayama
